Return Policy

Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.

Items purchased from Bridal Central may be returned or exchanged ONLY IN NEW OR UNWORN condition. We must be notified of any damages or need for return within 7 days of purchase. A restocking fee will be charged of 50% total cost of any item returned. Items special ordered can NOT be returned or exchanged.

New Dresses and Accessories must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation with the item.


Items that cannot be returned:

  • Personalized and dyed items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
  • Consignment items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
  • Perishables, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), swimsuits, and personal care items are final sale with no returns, no exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item the same terms and conditions apply as noted in the Return Policy above.

Defective or Damaged Items
For defective or damaged items, the issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase. To report such items, contact us immediately via the information on our Contact Us page located at the bottom of this website. Depending upon stock availability, Bridal Central will attempt to replace items as quickly as possible.

If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes or fees for the item(s).
